I watched this film on Christmas Day with husband, my son and his wife in their thirties and my two grandchildren aged 2 and 4 years. Within the first 10 minutes of the 'mice overture' to the film, the new Christmas toys were abandoned and grown-up chatter stilled. No requests for drinks, biscuits, sweets, no drifting off to other activities.
It has all the delightful charm of the original but with much enhanced technical quality. You would not know you were watching a video-tape rather than a DVD. The grown-ups wallowed in childhood nostalgia while the magic of the producton created it anew in my young grandchildren.
The nicest of all Christmas treats! The essential Cinderella

An abosolute stunnah I loved every second of this dvd which is a true heartwarming story of evil,love and final happiness. Cinderella is and incredible story and my 2nd favourite disney film of all time (sleeping beauty being the firstxx) It was stunning...x

Excellent movie, just how you remember it the first time you saw it, the animation is just the same, and the songs are just as enjoyable.A brilliant buy if you're after the originals, which are rare these days. Come on, how can anyone forget cute little Gus-Gus?? Go buy it!

Cinderella is one of the best timeless classics that appeal to all ages and I couldn't wait to buy the DVD for my daughters, but I was told by a local store that it wouldn't be released on DVD for some time so I had to settle for the video. I was dissapointed but when I received my video from this seller I was pleasantly surprised! It was the digitally remastered copy still in its celaphane wrapper with the disney hologram and the quality is GREAT! Next time I need to buy a video I know exactly where to go.
