This product helped me to recover my arm, Powerball allowed me to exercise it with no moving from my house. It is a little noisy but I recommend it.

This Powerball is amazing.
This is my third Powerball because the other broke (they were Neon Reds) but Amazon customer service is awesome and they sent me the second one for free and sent me a full refund when it broke.
This signature edition is very beautiful with the white leds and the exercise I do with it when I'm watching TV is amazing. I showed it to my friends at the gym and they all want to buy one.
If you have one of those gloves for weight lifting at the gym use it when you play with the Powerball because otherwise you can hurt your hand.

I've had the powerball for about 3 weeks now and I think its great! Took about 15 minutes to get used to it at first, but once you get it you will love it!
I take it with me when I go on business trips as good stress release. You arms feel pumped after using it, and you get that good achey feel like when you've done a proper workout!
Excellent little product, and would truly recommend to anyone looking to increase arm or grip strength!
